Typical entries include an email sent, a payment transaction, a record being updated, or a member signing in on the portal — anything the system records against the member that can be readily measured and reported on.

That charge includes everything needed to run a successful membership solution: the full platform and all modules, automation and AI agents, member portal, payments and renewals, communications, events, analytics, 24/7 support, UK hosting, and cyber security insurances from an ISO 27001 certified organisation — without bolt-on licence stacks or separate infrastructure bills.
When platform, support, hosting, insurance and certification are counted properly, the value proposition of eMembership cannot be matched.

All-inclusive hour packs
One all-inclusive pack sized by the hours you need — not Starter, Growth or Enterprise tiers. Use the hours for general support, staff training, or custom developments and add-on features. Packs are payable upfront and last 12 months. We do not tie eCare into a monthly charge: time is agreed beforehand in our integrated support ticketing system. The more hours you buy, the lower the rate.

A one-hour pack is enough for a focused training session or a support deep-dive. A 50-hour pack funds a programme of custom development, staff enablement and continuous improvement, at the lowest hourly rate. Hours are interchangeable across support, training and build work.
We do not tie eCare into a monthly retainer or a fixed monthly charge. Packs are payable upfront in advance and last 12 months. Time is only used when it is agreed beforehand, through our own integrated support ticketing system — so you always know what will be drawn from the pack before work starts.
